Khosla Compressors Staff CGHS Ltd., commonly known as Jai Maa Apartments, was established in 1983 by its promoters and is registered with the office of Registrar Co-op Societies in New Delhi. Consisting of 92 members, the society was allotted a prime plot of land measuring 7500.76 sq.mt. in Sector-5 of Dwarka sub-city by the Delhi Development Authority. Its convenient location provides easy access to markets, sports complexes, bus depots, metros, and international airports.

The society owes its existence to the dedicated efforts of Mr. Batra and other staff members of K.G. Khosla Compressors Ltd. Their tireless work and positive energy brought the idea to life, although Mr. Batra passed away before the flats were allotted in December 2001. The society's design, crafted by ARCHITECTS COMBINE under Chief Architect Mr. S.M. Mehta, is regarded as one of the best in Dwarka.
